This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Edelman’s value in 1-pt PPR

Postby gman6199 » Sun Nov 17, 2019 8:18 am

I’ve been offered an early 3rd and Tyrell Williams (Oak) for Edelman. 10 team dynasty league 1-pt PPR. I’m trying to get younger with a non contending team. Is this fair value for Edelman?

I think you can get more out of contender. Edelman is a top15 WR, and should help someone down the stretch. Tyrell has been disappointing all year as the top WR, and I expect Raiders to bring in a WR or 2 next season.

I would hold for more. Shop Edelman to the contenders.

Pass. I'd rather get an early 2nd or player equivalent.

You definitely should get better value for Edelman but as someone who attempted to trade him it's tough to find someone willing to trade anything for him. I feel to a contender he's worth a late first as he is a top 12 PPR wr rest of season and chances are he's better than a contending teams wr3.

But unfortunately no one wants to pay that. I ended up trading him for a 2nd and 4th to a bubble playoff team.
Team 1:
PPR--QB, RBx2, WRx3, TE, Superflex, Flex x2
QBs: Lawrence, Stafford, Geno, Hooker, Rush
RBs: Ekeler, Kamara, Achane, Elijah Mitchell, Dillon, Kelley, Moss, Jamaal Williams
WRs: Adams, Hopkins, Waddle, Kirk, JSN, Boyd, OBJ, Hyatt
TEs: Kelce, Hockenson, Taysom, Irv Smith

and then a few minor players and rookie stashed on taxi
