Kittle or Kelce might be big for you, but man, I would stay the course and hope you go on a run. Your team is in great shape now and long term. I would not alter your core.

Man your team is stacked, I’d peg you as the favorite hands down. Only areas for improvement I see are QB and TE, I’d try moving any of Wentz, Goff, Ekeler, Cohen, J Howard, Watkins, CD, Ertz and OJH for upgrades at those two positions if possible - but I wouldnt touch your starting core (outside of Ertz if you can move him for an u/g), good luck.

Sit tight and be happy to have a nice chance to win.
Sitting in 5th is purely a function of chance matchups, being top points is a much better indicator of playoff success. That said, being an enormous favorite still works out to having a less than 50% chance to win the whole spiel imo. Sometimes probably much less.

The unpredictable nature is the fun of fantasy. If you want to talk about ridiculous, last year in one of my leagues the top overall scoring guy didn't even make the playoffs in a 8 team playoff. Truly crazy.
