Yuck. I guess Watkins because of age, and maybe you can sell him for a 1st if KC cuts him, and he goes to a team with perceived opportunity.

If you are 9-1 with Watkins, I probably keep him.

Not sure Green will play this year, so I'd stick with the younger guy

I guess Watkins for the reasons other's have said, but man, Green is the much better player when healthy.

Yeah, but Watkins hasn't been very good. Even at 32, I'd imagine Green would be the better WR. Probably won't be worth more in terms of dynasty value though.

Yeah Watkins just hasn't looked great outside the occasional blowup game since he broke his foot, but AJG hasn't exactly been crushing it since 2015 either (and he's not getting younger). Plus with all the injuries, I think AJG carries above average retirement risk for a 31 year old star WR. I think Watkins is very likely to outproduce AJG RoS, and I think there's a strong chance he outproduces AJG next season too. That's not me saying that I think Watkins is going to put up huge numbers; I just think we should temper expectations for AJG whenever he does return (and I think he has greater injury risk than even a fairly injury prone player like Watkins going forward). So between that and the 5 years of youth on Watkins' side I think this is a pretty easy call.

If I earnestly believed that AJG had another high WR1 season in him, then I'd go AJG. I don't personally believe that, but that's the only way this trade would make sense to me.

I think you're reading too much into my comment. If healthy, Green is the better WR. He hasn't been a stud like in previous years, but he still averaged 18.5 points per game last year. Outside of his one blowup game in week 1, Watkins is basically scoring somewhere around 10 points per game. If Green plays next year and is healthy, I think he's below his 18.5 average but above the 10 points you'd get from Watkins. But as I already said, Watkins is worth more right now and the answer to the OP's question is still Watkins.
