Sexy names don't always win championships. Guys like Damien Williams and CJ Anderson getting hot at the right time and undervalued veterans like Golden Tate and Julian Edelman can. Plus, I'd assume him having the NE DST has been a big factor to his 10-0 record. That said, I agree that there are plenty of areas where he could improve that roster.

Re: Team on Championship Run Dilemma
Surprisingly I would be 10-0 even had I started the Rams D every week. The Pats D was only worth .5 pts the week the Rams had the Bye. It would have reduced my margin of victories significantly however.

Re: Team on Championship Run Dilemma
From what I'm hearing on this board, my leagues must be unusually balanced. I'm sitting at an all-play record of .832 in this league, only 2 other teams are above .600 in all-play record, and only 3 teams have an all-play record below .400. Going back 10 years, no other team has ever had finished with an all play record over .800, and there have only been 5 teams over .700 (2 of which were mine).
Are other people's leagues way less balanced with teams often over .700 or more in all-play standings? (a few totally dominant teams, a few completely trash teams, and half the teams really mediocre? We only have 1 team eliminated from the playoffs after 10 weeks, and two of the three divisions have every team still in the hunt to win their division with records somewhere between 6-4 and 4-6.

Re: Team on Championship Run Dilemma
You would be in 4th or 5th place my league. I am in first scoring 173 a week on average, but we have 3 other teams scoring 140+. We are way unbalanced, as most dynasty leagues past year 5 are. I have a strong team but have never won the championship and likely will need some luck to win it even this year.kitasi13 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 1:23 pm From what I'm hearing on this board, my leagues must be unusually balanced. Re: Team on Championship Run Dilemma
I think you're a good GM but also extraordinarily lucky. .832 is insane.

I'm scoring 165 per game in my league. There are 2 teams over 140, and then 4 more over 130.badbuddah wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 2:11 pm You would be in 4th or 5th place my league.
