I'm thinking about moving Kelce for 2 late 1st roundpicks but not sure. I'm in rebuild, looking for input.

In a rebuild, I would take it

I'd take the two firsts. Kelce is about to exit his prime.

If I were a contender I'd hold, but in a rebuild I'd sell for that.

For your rebuilding roster, take the two 1sts.

I'd shop him around a little more. Feel like you should be able to get more than that from a contender in need of TE help. But if that's all you can get, I'd take it.

I might try to get a tiny bit more on top but I'd do it and maybe try to flip one of the picks for a Hock or a Goedert+

If he has a mid first, I'd try for that in place of one of the later firsts, but I'd probably take that in a rebuild

I’d take it if it’s your best offer, but do your due diligence. In SF those picks are more valuable but I still feel either one should be a mid 1st, or you should also get a 2nd back as well.

2 firsts would be great for a rebuilding team, thats how you do it. (ask for some random young upside player too if possible)
