Please grade this offer

An owner and I disagree on this offer, I think it's terrible but I'm curious what others say about it to see if I'm overvaluing my position.

28 team single copy ppr (maybe half point ppr can't remember) and salary cap

Give: Fournette, Godwin, Kittle, Cunningham(borderline scoring top 10 LB this season in this format), high 1st (5-8ish range)
Get: Bell, Nuk, Ishmael (Atl LB)

I'd be taking back about an addition 22% in total cap space.

I'm rebuilding and the other owner is in win now mode gunnin for the playoffs. I think it's a weak offer not worth countering and he thinks it's a win win but I'm curious to hear other opinions.

Get: Haskins(I already have a crappy QB in Darnold lol), Case Keenum, Nuk, Ishmael, Gaskin
