Which one do you think has the best chance to be fantasy relevant again? I have Davis and am somewhat weak at TE, so was thinking of offering him for Howard.

Davis for me. Tennessee should add a better QB option.

I want the guy that gets a change or teams first. They both need to start over somewhere else. You have Godwin and Evans producing in TB so it’s not the QB there. So I would pick Davis.
