Buddy of mine just reached out with an interesting offer. Told him no but curious what you guys would've done.
Send: 2020 1st (proj top 4)
Receive: 2020 2nd, 2021 1st, Devonta Freeman
The caveat is I don't receive Freeman until after the season ends. He needs Freeman for his playoff run (he's 7-2 with a strong squad but not a lot of depth).
My strategy has been to continue building around my core of WRs and Engram, while acquiring 2020 1sts from bad teams to fill holes. With 3 picks in the top 6 for 2020, I'm hoping to walk away with a QB and the two best players available at RB/WR. If I hit them all, I'm likely contending next year.
Thoughts? Feels like a decline to me. Thanks ahead of time guys.

I wouldn't pay that for Freeman. I'm also not sure I'd allow that trade if you have to wait until the off season to get a player.

Agree with Goddard. Could easily be ruled collusion if you made the trade now. As far as later, itll still be there but it may not look very good in the off-season. Pass on both

That's still a weird trade to allow. What happens if Freeman tears his ACL at the end of the year? Or if I want to trade Julio for a 1st, but keep him this year because I need him to compete.
