I'm holding Bell too. Kerryon missed the final 6 games lasts season with his sprained knee. And now of course he's on the IR with another knee injury. I'm willing to bet he doesn't play a full season next year either.

With your RB depth, I'd counter here. If the other owner is trying to make a playoff push, and wants Bell, make him pay for it. Try and get a 2020 1st instead of the 3rd.
