Trading For Sutton Help

A buddy of mine for some reason really wants to sell Sutton, and luckily came to me first.
He had offered: Chark, J Howard, a late 20 2, and late 21 2
Get: Sutton

I feel like I should do that almost automatically, but I really like Chark, I called him from 2 years ago, been consistent and expect him to do better with Foles back. Joho I am okay selling but honestly had been consistent, and is looking to get more usage.
Why am I not entirely sold on this when I feel I should be?
Thoughts?

I like Sutton the most here long term. I think he has WR1 upside and build long term. Chark is having a great season but hard to say how he will mesh with Foles coming back. Not sure there is a wrong way to go here as both WR's have been upside, but I prefer Sutton. Comes down to player preference for me.

Sutton is going to be worth more than Chark, but I'm not sure how big the gap should be. He's actually outproducing Sutton, is a year younger, and probably in a better situation, so I can see the hesitation. Giving up Howard and a couple of 2nds wouldn't be an issue for me if 'm upgrading, but it comes down to who you believe in more long term.

howard and the 2nd dont do anything for me. I would value sutton and chark equally. I prefer chark. I am keeping the player I like here more, but I wouldnt fault anyone here. I think the seller of sutton is just adding a bit to get the player ( of equal value ) he wants.

Just to give everyone an update. I kept my guys. Chark has produced the same and joho has been consistent enough

I actually was able to get more on Sutton to give away Chark earlier this year, but in my mind Sutton has more longterm value, if I was selling either I’d want a 2nd on either side.
