Simply been offered DJ by his owner for the 2020 1st I own which isn’t my own pick.
Currently 7-1 with team below so should I trade this pick which is probably in the 5-8 range.

That's pretty cheap for Johnson. Since you're contending I'd take DJ.

I would gamble on Johnson for a playoff push. Long term, I think it's a bad deal.

This could comeback to hurt you longterm. I’d pursue Henry or freeman over DJ at this point

If not DJ is there another RB that I should offer the 2020 1st for just roll with my current team?

I’d easily take DJ for that if contending, please see other “DJ trade” thread from bit earlier today where I broke down DJ’s production over past 5 years. He’s a beast on a young and developing offense, getting short-term banged up and adding Drake doesnt change his talent or potential IMO - he’s a potential league winner this year and easily in the RB1 conversation for the next 1-2 yrs at least.
