Team 2

Like I said before I blew up my rebuild but I stayed mostly young and got studs for next year.

I was thinking about trying to win , I have a chance to make the playoffs if my team plays like they should.

Give - Early 2nd , Late 2nd , 2 3rds , I.Smith , Ty Johnson
Get - Ingram , Tate

Would give me a lineup of Dalton , Kamara , Mixon , Ingram , Tyreek , Evans , Golladay , J.Smith , Bench of Hunt , Drake , AB , Tate , I.Thomas

I think I would need a QB upgrade and TE when Walker comes back but them are normally cheaper positions I can get a fill in win now kinda guy like Brady and Olsen.

Should I do the trade and would it give me a team that can compete now ?

The deal helps you compete this year, but long term I think you are giving up a lot. If you are going for it, I could see make the trade.

What do you think Ingram is worth right now ?

Should I change out Ty Johnson for someone like F.Moreau ? , Might be nice to keep Ty for the year.

While I would not put it so eloquently, that is basically my interpretation. The guys you're getting can still have 1-2 years of relevance (or more). The picks you're giving up may or may not turn into hits but odds suggest iffy at best. I honestly do not feel this is a trade that derails your youth movement as none of the picks are projected to be that early.

And as always if you really need picks later on you can buy them - maybe the price will be higher closer to rookie draft time but picks can always be bought.

What do you think Ingram is worth a late 1st or more ?

I think you need a lot more than Ingram/tate.
as you mentioned, your QB is not good.. I find that trading (and trading for) QBs in a 1QB league is difficult.. and you are giving up many of your 2020 picks in that trade..
your TE situation isn't any better, and they are even more difficult.. gotta spend a lot to get guys like Kielce, kittle, Ertz (and now Hooper, Waller). keep your picks.. and start Ty Johnsons (Walton seems to be coming on a bit as well)
so if you want to compete, spend those picks on players that will also help you next season...go after one of those TEs..
it isn't a terrible offer, I just don't think your team is strong enough to compete..but, I have seen worse teams win the championship, so anything is possible
