Waller is a nice sell high , I picked him up in every league before the year and is very talented, But a lot of it has to do with Oak not having any thing else, Tyrell is about to come back and Oak will add a top WR next year

he's a polarizing player in terms of value. and one that ive found where sellers and buyers have vastly different ideas about value. Personally, i would give no more than a mid-first, but i could be selling him short. The problem seems to be getting him for that value

One could argue that Waller has been doing it since week 1 even before Tyrell got injured, and if OAK adds a WR, that will take attention off of Waller.

You guys serious? mid-late 1st only? Horseshit. I've been told Ertz AND a late 1st to "consider" it. Waller is getting more and more expensive folks...

I agree 100%.. it’s hard to land a legitimate TE.

Also a Mid to late first got you Campbell, DK, Darell Henderson, Hock and Fant this year... it’s always a gamble.

You know what you’re getting in Waller... he’s worth absolutely more that a mid-late 1st...

Although with your team, looks like youre Rebuilding .. you’ll be getting Njoku back and I’m not sure if paying for Waller at his top value really helps you.

I understand that the 2020 draft class is going to be better.. but my point is that you know what you’re getting in Waller and it’s hard to land a good TE.. a mid-late first is always a gamble. You have the Treadwells that can’t make the change... and like the AJ Browns and Fants that landed in a bad QB situation ..
Waller (with a brand new signing) is worth a more than a mid-late first IMO.
