Trade Chase Edmonds high?

I am not contending in a 12 team SF league and I have Chase Edmonds. The DJ owner offered me a 2nd (probably 7-12) I wanted more, he then added a 3rd on top (most likely #1 in 3rd).
Is that enough value to trade Chase high?

I think the value is fine, but I would hold for a pair of 2nd's or hope he blows up again this weekend.

You might be able to get more after this week after DJ misses another game, but that's probably about right value for him right now.

Comes down to what you spent to acquire Edmonds in my mind. If he was basically free (or just FAB$$) then yea, I think i'd sell for a 2nd and 3rd. If you spent some type of draft capital for him, I may hold him and see how DJ does this week.

I agree with you both. Value seems ok, but if he has a big week I could get more. But if he poops the bed, then do I only end up getting a 2nd? Decisions, decisions!

meh, I think he's worth a late 2nd even if DJ is healthy. Also, even if edmonds blows up, DJ could return next week and sour potential suitors. If you don't believe in him long-term you should strike now

This is not selling high. This is just selling to sell. Even as a handcuff, Edmonds is worth a late 2nd. Selling high would be getting an early 2nd or more.
