Kirk + Sutton for Engram +

Am I giving up too much value in a deal where I give Sutton + Kirk for Engram +?

This was a counter to a previous deal that had posted

I'd pay Kirk, Fant, and a 2nd as well, but wouldn't do Kirk and Sutton. What's the + you'd be getting back with Engram if you made that trade?

What are you getting back on top of Engram? Kirk + Sutton is too much for just Engram.
