My Partner was feeling incredibly bullish on Gallup and wanted to make a move. We already have Henry and Waller at TE. Would you move these two for Gallup?

I've never understood the hype around Tyrell Williams, as he's a situational deep threat who's been incredibly lucking with TDs this year. And it's looking more and more like Howard won't be fantasy-relevant until he leaves TB. I'll take Gallup pretty easily here.
