I feel like it's a no brainer, and in a better QB situation, I wouldn't even hesitate. But it will leave me with Jimmy G and Keenum as my only QBs, and it's just a matter of time until Keenum is benched by the looks of it. Jimmy already had his bye week, so it would just be a case of hoping he doesn't get hurt. All of the backups and backups backups are on squads, so there isn't a single viable QB in waivers, either.

Would you do it?

In SF, no I would hold what you have. Based on your other QB options, I don't think this is a good trade for your team.

I'm 90% sure I can flip either Diggs or Coleman and end up with a younger QB as well, though. So I could essentially be trading Stafford for Coleman+Haskins/J.Allen - or slightly better QB with Diggs involved.. would you do it then?

This is easily Stafford. And Haskins and J. Allen are not in the same league. Haskins isn't even a starter yet. I doubt you are getting Allen.

If you can get Josh Allen, go for it, but I also doubt it. Also, Stafford >>> Haskins.

Anyways, I like the value on the Diggs side, but you cant really afford to only have Keenum as your QB2.

I'm not really sure why you're all hating on Haskins. Before this season Stafford looked almost done...another bad season and he would be out, plus he is 31. Great for yearly redraft leagues, but Haskins is considered SF royalty in almost every aspect from everything I've seen.

I have just been offered Goff for JuJu. So probably going to take that and lose the worry of JuJu eventually coming good. Even though I think he will. So it's essentially Stafford+JuJu for Goff+Coleman+Diggs. Can't argue with that, really.

This is just flat out wrong. Stafford has been a consistent QB1 for the vast majority of his career, played significantly injured last season, always plays hurt and continues to quietly grind out QB1 production year in and year out. He's probably one of the most underrated QB's out there. His historical finishes every year in a standard 4-pt passing TD league:

2011: #4
2012: #9
2013: #7
2014: #15
2015: #8
2016: #6
2017: #5
2018: #18 (played seriously injured for a good majority of the season)
2019: currently #17, but all 16 guys in front of him have not had a Bye week yet, while Stafford had a week 4 Bye. He's only 12 points outside of the top 10, which would easily put him top 10 this year if all were normalized for Bye weeks.

This thread won't really be relevant for another 2/3 years, but I'll be happy to revisit.
