Buying a top 3 2020 pick (what's the cost)

Team in sig.

I have been trying all season to buy a top rb to pair with Barkley. What if I changed my sights to trying to acquire a top 3 pick in next years draft?

Without damaging this years chances (I am 4-2 with being 3rd overall in points)
Do I have the draft capital to get one of these coveted picks?
If so what type of trade offer would you make?

Having a Barkley, Jonathan Taylor, Hunt, Breida, Penny RB room would make me feel a bit better going into next season.

If you're 4-2 and 3rd overall in points, I wouldn't worry about trying to acquire a top 3 pick in the 2020 draft for a bit. Instead I'd look to target a RB: A. Jones, T. Coleman, Carson, any top 15 RB that is on a bottom team etc.

Kelce and Hunt (if there is a believer in your league) might give you a shot at a top 3 pick. Otherwise, I don't see a ton of options and with your TE core, you can move Kelce if you really want that pick.

I wouldn't go after a top three pick. If you do, maybe Hunt and Andrews would get you one? Maybe. But I think you risk a run at a championship, and there's no guarantee you get Taylor. He could go #1 overall. And then you gave up a possible championship for a shot at a guy that you didn't even get.

Totally agree. Kelce + is the way to do it. Don't think there's another move id make with your team
