Team below. Trying to continue to rebuild after losing Luck and future of Brady. Or should I hold the 2 and get one of the QBs in the 2020 draft?

In a 10 team league where your roster size is only 23. It also is a 1 QB so all the QB's shouldn't be owned and if they are you will have lots of other solid Free Agent help. You can always draft a QB this year and if there isnt a good one there, then lots of the others slip. Id try to trade Breida straight up for a 2nd and go full on rebuild one hard push this season and get a high pick.

I would look for a different QB to trade for based on the format and team total.
