Full on rebuild, I would move D. Freeman for any 2020 1st I can get. I would also look to move Woods for a 1st and if you could find a decent price for Burton and McDonald, I would move them as the year goes on.

How many players do you draft per year? I see that you have 4 picks in the first 2 rounds, and, unless you have a short bench you might be acquiring picks that you can't even use, and if other teams realize this obviously trying to sell your 2nd (for example) will be impossible.

Other than that, i think with 3 new RBs from the 2020 draft you wont be in bad shape

Youve got a strong stable of WRs. I would move Corey Davis to a CD Truther ASAP and keep AJ Brown. You'll probably be picking a QB in the first round (one that will start) so you could move one of the QBs. I don't think Ito is in the long term plans for the Falcons. My opinion is that they draft the next starting RB next off season. Maybe try to flip him to the Freeman owner as a handcuff.
Diggs may end up being traded into a better situation, I would consider keeping him and moving Woods first.

You have 3 1sts and a nice core of WRs to build around. I agree with trying to move Woods for either another 1st if possible or a young RB with some upside. I'd mostly be patient with that roster and hope some of your young guys pan out.
