Odell's Worth at this point?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Odell's Worth at this point?

Is he a buy low now or is this the new norm?

I am offering Waller and a high 1st. Worth it?

I would definitely pay that for Beckham. That being said, I think this is a very fair question. Beckham is valued as a top 5 overall player, but I dont think his production supports that. Seems to me like his early years are still carrying his value.

Hopkins finished as the #2 overall WR the last 2 years, .5 points away from being #1 overall. His situation hasn't changed much since then. Odell hasn't finished top 5 in 3 years... and I am an Odell fan, but he's in a new situation that doesn't seem to be paying the dividends one would expect.

I mean, come on. OBJ may have not had the greatest start to his CLE career but this is a VERY hard pass if i'm his owner.

Will Waller even carry any value come the start of next season?

I agree with this. He is still worth more than a 1st and a replaceable TE.

I don't think his owners will view this is a buy-low time for OBJ and will continue to expect premium prices. You can make that offer, but don't think it gets accepted. If it does, you'll agree it's a steal.

I am offering it, but am extremely mixed on the deal. This is kind of me doubling down on my Baker Mayfield shares despite his extremely awful start. I think the pick could turn into an elite back in next year's draft.

OBJ is worth multiple 1sts and Waller is probably a mid 2nd on his own.

OBJ >> 1st + 2nd
TEAM 1
Dynasty PPR 1QB (12 Team League)

QB - Murray, Fields, Pickett, Howell.
RB - Gibbs, R. White, Swift, Javonte Williams, Charbonnet, Allegier, Tank Bigsby, Penny.

WR - Adams, Higgins, Watson, Meyers, Gabe Davis, W. Robinson, Dotson, Raymond, ARob.

Rookie Picks: 2.14 and 3.14.

I know it is early and there is very little sample size, but I think you are way underrating Waller. I wouldn't sell for less than a mid 1st.

He is putting up considerable numbers without a TD to his name. Tyrell Williams is banged up and he will be drawing top coverage moving forward (if he hasn't already, I am not watching full games of Oakland). These next few games will be a good test for him. I think he has the talent to be a top 5 TE moving forward.

I strongly disagree with this given the strength of the 2020 class and the fact that the number 1 overall will probably be in a situation better than Odell's. The only thing lowering pick value right now is the fact that it has no impact on the 2019 season. In a vacuum, I take 2020 number 1 over Odell 10 times out of 10.

He's also already got a 1 year substance abuse suspension to his name and should be discounted for that risk. I'd rather have Hooper or Andrews, who are both players I'd expect to be able to get for a mid-first or less. Heck I'd rather go out and get Dissly for early 2nd or whatever his current price is.
