Just received an intriguing trade offer

I would be receiving
Njoku
2020 1.13 (Conditional pick)
2020 2nd (probably mid-late round)

I would be giving
Waller
2020 1st (probably early-mid round)

After winning the championship last year I've started off this season 1-3 and have decided to begin to rebuild my team a little bit. With that being said what do you guys think of this deal for me?

I would not be moving a potentially early pick if you are looking to enter a rebuild. Hold that pick man!

No, Waller and Njoku are pretty close in value at the moment . . . so moving an early 1st for a late 1st/late 2nd is a bad idea IMO, especially for a rebuild.

There are very few TEs right now that I'd take ahead of Waller. Njoku isn't one of them. Not only do I prefer Waller over Njoku, but the early/mid 1st is obviously worth more than the 1.13 and a 2nd.

Thanks for the help guys, I was leaning towards declining it I just wasn't sure how Njoku and Wallers value matched up against each other so I'm glad I got some confirmation.
