Obtaining a QB

This post is regarding my team in signature.

I am currently 3-1. My main issue is I have Stafford, K Johnson & Hockenson (all Lions). They are on a bye this upcoming week. I also have been without a 2nd starting QB as Darnold has been out the last few weeks. Haskins was just named starter, but looked brutal against a bad NYG defense, and is facing NE this week. (This week is HUGE, I play the first place team in the league).

I am strong at RB, & TE. WR I have some great prospects, but a few yet to 'break out'.

There is a team with Rodgers, Goff & Lamar. Should I pursue one? I'd imagine Rodgers is cheapest due to age. What would you offer if in my shoes, would K Johnson in a 1-1 for Rodgers be close? (PLEASE NOTE, RB's get 1 pt per first down run... So a decent RB does hold substantial value). Johnson has 9, 18, 13, & 18 as his weekly pts.

It is also important to mention that the owner who has these above QB's, has only 1 RB rostered who is putting up 10 PPG + (Miles Sanders).

I’d simply ask the owner what he wants for any of his qbs. See who he doesn’t want, what he’s looking for and go from there.

I would try to work a deal around cashing in on Corey Davis's big week or maybe Landry's. Seems like all three of the QB's mentioned will be very pricey in SF but if you want to contend, you need another solid QB badly. Maybe ask the other owner where they value Rodgers?

Trading a RB makes sense since that seems to be a need for the other owner. I don't think KJ would be enough for Rodgers, but it's a start. I'd be willing to add something decent to get that done. In a SF, you want at least 2 good QBs if you really want to compete.

KJ is not going to be enough, you would need to add to get any of those QBs. You badly need another QB if you want to be a contender and compete for a championship. So do what you need to do to get one.
