I'm currently 0-4 (lol) and not likely to win. Take the deal anyway? Or keep Miles and the picks and work on rebuild.

Unless you are in a full rebuild, I would take the deal. Do you have good pieces in place for next year or is the 1st and a young piece in Sanders essential moving into 2020?
