This is easily Andrews for me. Dude is playing like a top five TE, and is incredibly young. He's worth a lot more than a mid to late 1st. This would be selling him for way too low.

I like the value. Sure he could turn into a top tier stud but with your TE depth, i like the thought process of getting that 1st and dealing it in another direction.

It may be a little light, but not much imo. It's a start one TE (yeah, SF, I know, but let's face it, not many are playing a 2nd TE in that second flex spot!) and you're set there with Engram and Howard. Unless you can move him and maybe a C. Davis or someone else for some help at WR, i'd def consider this move.
Can you shop a combo of Andrews and Davis or a pick of your own for some WR help??? I do like the fact that you're on the right track with being willing to move some of your TE strength for WR help!

I actually have an offer out sending Corey Davis for Mason Rudolph at the moment. The owner has said he's willing to move Rudolph, and I wouldn't mind getting rid of Davis, obviously. I also sent a couple offers of Lockett+pick/s for a WR1. My thought is that if I can pull off one/both of these deals, I could shore things up for a run this year while not totally sacrificing my future, and getting back this additional 1st would give me more wiggle room.
Maybe I could ask for a 2nd or an upside WR on top of the 1st for Andrews.

I'd rather keep Andrews here, especially since you're likely moving him to a contender (if the first is mid-to-late) - and he could very well come back to bite you. I'd much rather sell OJH after he comes back to life with a couple good weeks, as he's shown nowhere near the upside of MA.

I sold "high" on Andrews after his week 1 performance. Mark Andrews + 2nd for 1st + 3rd. In retrospect I probably sold a little low. I think Andrews = mid 2020 1st.

I like Andrews but in those settings this seems like the 1st easily. A mid-1st next year in SF is going to be a really nice player.
