I think it's a completely fair deal, just wondering if it's a deal I NEED to make.

I would do that deal in an instant, especially if you can put a stipulation stating you send him the worse of your two first round picks.

With your depth you wouldn't be starting both DJ or Hollywood anyway. Once AJ comes back you'd likely only use either of them on bye weeks or in case of injury. This trade is very good for you.
