What is Preston Williams worth?

Do you think Preston Williams is worth targeting? Probably new QB next year. Miami would add more wr too. Whats he worth if trying to pry away? Early 3rd? More?

Early 3rd is a bit high for me but in a 12T if he is your guy I would go for it. Would probably start at late 3rd/early 4th though. With the Dolphins current state I think you can get him at a bit of a discount. As for whether to target him, I just think it depends on price. For an early 4th I would buy all day and probably for a late 3rd as well with his upside. But early 3rd-think I would pass. Not a big believer in any of next year's QBs

This doesn't look like the time to buy him. Wait til he gets hurt or ghosts for a couple games in a row.

Agree, I have him stashed and anything less than a 2nd wouldn't interest me at all. Rather let him ride my bench for the year (fairly deep benches) and see how 2019 and the offseason work out for him.

I know it's only 2 games, obviously, but, in a PPR league, he currently has more points than Mike Evans, Josh Gordon, Stefon Diggs, Will Fuller, Mike Williams, Marvin Jones, Robby Anderson, et al.

Small sample size, but certainly promising start, actually. I own him, and no way I'm dealing him for a 3rd.

I’d send out a feeler offer of a late 3rd if you have one just to see how attached the owner is. The problem with him and guys like McLaurin and Chark is that their owner probably got them cheap and would rather risk them becoming nothing for the possibility of huge upside.

As an owner, I wouldn't sell for less than a 2020 2nd... and would still be hesitant unless it was projected to be early-mid

I think a 2nd may not even get him at this point, even though it's probably fair value.
I drafted him with mid thirds and he's done nothing but* impress since. Real possibility he's the WR1 in a Tua led offense this time next season.

The whole thing reminds me a bit of Antonio Callaway a year ago. His talent is worth atleast a first, etc. No one really wanted to part with him for only a 2nd. Now you couldn't get a 2nd for him, but you could have bought Justice Hill, Singletary, McLaurin, Mecole Hardman, sometimes Marquis Brown, etc. Sure you could have missed with some guys as well but I'm just saying i'd be willing to sell him for a 2nd. Especially in next years class.

Will take a 2nd and honestly I'm okay with it. The issue with Williams has never been his talent, its been his off field issues. So far he's looking good with no issues. If you want to take a shot with him, give the 2nd for him, but unlike some of the other players with off field issues, I have a feeling it really is one strike and he's out.
