Stafford and Barber Value

I made an offer last night to a team in dire QB straights (Cam, Cousins, Flacco) of:

Give - Stafford + Barber
Receive - 2nd + 3rd

Received a counteroffer this morning of:

Give - Stafford
Receive - 3rd

I'm not sure that's really worth it to me. Would you send Stafford + Barber for just the 2nd?

Alternatively, maybe try something like Ryan + Anderson for 1st?

If you can get a 1st for Ryan and Anderson, I would go that route. The Stafford deal for a 3rd is not bad but I would hold for that and hope the owner comes back with a 2nd in a week or two.

I'd gladly take a first for Ryan and Anderson.
I probably wouldn't bother with the 3rd for Stafford. If it becomes a second take it. Otherwise hold.
