I would hold Fournette/Penny in the deals. IF Gordon comes back, Ekeler is going to see a massive workload reduction. He is not a player I would be buying right now based on his price. I would 100% sell him high though.

The first deal isn't terrible, but if Gordon does come back by week 8 like he said he would, then the trade is essentially Fournette for Josh Gordon and a handcuff. That makes it feel really light. I'd probably pass.

I would pass. Ekeler is a fine player but I'm still not sold on how high people are now valuing him after 2 games plus with Melvin Gordon coming back his value would take a big hit later in the season. There is also the wildcard of what the Chargers do with Ekeler in 2020 being that he is a RFA.
