Bigger Dynasty Target Moving Forward: Sutton or Kirk

Hey fam. I've been going back and forth with an owner in my league over the past two weeks, where I've been trying to land Sutton or Kirk off of him. He has a number of really good WRs on his squad that he gets stuck with on the bench on a weekly basis, so he's trying to cash out a bit. Last week, after Sutton's nice game, I offered him my 2021 1st straight up for him to which he eventually countered with Kirk instead (the deal never went through as he needed 'think on it)'. Now after Kirk's big game he doesn't want to give up on Kirk so quickly and is more 50/50 and needs more time to think (annoying but I've been guilty of it too).

Regardless, who is the better play moving forward? Obviously, the 'Zona offense has a lot of hype right now. Is it safe to say that Sutton is the better player but Kirk is the better fantasy asset? Are either of them worth a 2021 1st? I think the answer is yes, but wanted to test the waters here.

I think 2021 1sts should be discounted a bit for being 2 years out, so yes I think both players are worth that much. Only caveat being if the pick belongs to the league dumpster fire. Kirk is probably a bit more valuable right now, but I think reasonable people could disagree on which WR they prefer.

I like Sutton better moving forward with his WR1 upside and build. I would not move either player for a 1st multiple years out however.

Thanks fam. This is helpful and I'm not surprised that the poll is neck and neck. I may push the 2021 1st for Kirk deal pretty hard this week to see if I can get him. I honestly would not be upset with either of these guys.

I voted Kirk.

I had Sutton, but read several advanced metrics articles that broke his game down and they thought he was over hyped a bit last year.
I can't remember what the specifics were (maybe just having Flacco as a QB but they soured me a bit. Still a solid player but Kirk has my vote.
