Thoughts overall on this offer? I think at first glance it isn't far off, but it seems like I am giving up the two best pieces

I would keep the Barkley and JuJu side and hold multiple top assets and hope Darnold makes a jump. Mayfield is a very valuable piece but I would want to see him in year two personally.

Johnson + Kirk + 2021 1st = JuJu + 2nd
Unless Roquan is a stud in IDP scoring, he doesn't make up the gap between Barkley and Mayfield. If you can get another 1st or equivalent though, I'd definitely consider it.
