the upgrade at the QB position is enough for me to take the gamble at RB. Of course I think Samuel is quite a bit of hype right ow, so take that with a grain of salt.

Mixon = Williams + Mayfield
Davis > Samuel

Would lean a bit on the Mayfield side, but it's pretty close. If your heart says no, it's certainly not a must accept.

In a 1QB league, I'm not sure I'd move Mixon alone for that.
