I don't have much to add and am lower on Gordon (even without the holdout) than most and think that overpay for Bell is exactly what you're seeing here. Someone trying to make sure they still compete while their window is open? Def not something i'd consider a veto on. Not even close to that.

Who cares, it happened time to move on. FWIW; I have no problems with it. The Owner acquiring Gordon is taking on risk of the holdout, and the owner trading Gordon is afraid of the holdout and paying to get rid of him.
