2 QB League pick 1.3

I took over a team last year complete re build.
Start 2Qbs, 2Rbs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1 Flex

QBs Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen, Marcus Mariota, Ryan Tannehill, Case Keenum, Alex Smith
RBs Nick Chubb, Leonard Fournette, Derrius Guice, Kareem Hunt, Tevin Coleman, Jalen Richard
WRs Cooper Kupp, Calvin Ridley, Will Fuller, Dante Pettis, Josh Reynolds, Geronimo Allison, David Moore
TEs David Njoku, Chris Herndon, Ricky Seals Jones.

I have a lot of holes and for this team I am wondering if best option is Dwayne Haskins. Pick 1.1 will be Murray and I am guessing 1.2 is Jacobs.

Should I take Haskins, Jones, Harry or Montgomery? If Jacobs falls to 1.3 do I take him no matter what?

Even in a 2 QB, I would take Jacobs or Montgomery. You are still building anyway.

The trade value for a RB would be greater. Montgomery would give you the earliest jump in value due to starting, but I like Sanders more. If you're rebuilding, you might want to consider targeting a QB needy team by offering Keenum while he's starting.

How many teams? That’s very important info in a 2 qb league, if it’s 14+ I can see taking Haskins as high as 2.

Only way it could have played out better is if Murray somehow fell to you.
