Rookie Draft Help

Postby koryshane » Mon Aug 19, 2019 12:07 pm

Need some help with this years rookie draft happening this week.
10 team, .5 ppr, superflex. 1qb, 2wr, 2rb, 1te, 3flex, 1superflex, with 30 man rosters.

I have picks 1.2, 1.7, 1.8, 2.4.

My team is extremely deep at WR & TE and I have the following at QB & RB
QB - Winston, Cousins, Darnold, Keenum
RB - Zeke, D. Williams, R. Penny, P. Barber, J. Samuels, C. Hyde

I know Jacobs going #1, who do I take at 2 Murray or Montgomery? Being superflex it seems Murray's worth more, but Monty fits my team needs more. I'm leaning Murray if only for trade value.

Also any players to target at my other picks?

Nobody is valuing this years draft too highly, so I won't get any value trading out or down.

WR - Green, Hilton, Kupp, Boyd, Davis, Sanders, Wilson, Crowder

Even with your need at RB, Murray has to be the pick if he is there since its SF. You could likely grab Henderson or Singletary with the 1.08 if you are looking to add a RB. I would go BPA and then hit the market for a RB.

In SF Murray is the pick at 2. Maybe try and package your later picks to move up and snag Montgomery or Sanders at 3 or 4.

Murray should be the 1.01 in a SF league, so he's the easy choice at 1.02 if Jacobs goes at 1.01.

I agree with the above poster, I'd try and package 1.07 & 1.08 for 1.03 + 2nd rounder to get Montgomery. I'd also pursue something similar with the 1.04 pick to grab Sanders.

Agree with everyone. Take Murray since its SF and then try and swing a trade to snag Montgomery or Sanders.

Considering going the other way and trading 1.2 (I offered 1.7 & 1.8 for 3 or 4 and both declined).
Just received an offer of Dak & Ekelor which I declined, but he says he would consider Dak & Aaron Jones or Dak & 1.4.
If he formally offers either, I will probably take one of those.

sheesh, I would take Dat and 1.04 for 1.02.. I wouldn't take Aaron Jones, but I have have him lower than ADP
otherwise.. just take Kyler and try to trade one of your QBs for a different RB
in a 10 team SF, I would assume that QBs lose a little value
and I would target Harris or Henderson with one of your 1.07/8 picks.. too soon for Singletary for me
team 1 -start QB RB 2WR TE 2RB/WR 1WR/TE
qbs=5pt tds wr/te=1 ppr rbs=.5ppr all get .25ppc
Watson, Brady, Mills
Ekeler, Hunt, Carson/Penny, DForeman, Mitchell, CPat, Kyren, Ford, KHarris
Cooper, sutton, Chase, Shepard, Atwell, Schwartz, Wan'Dale, Austin III
Gesicki, Engram, Hooper, Woods
team 2 -start QB 2RB 3WR TE 2Flex K D
Cousins, Stafford
DH JT, Ekeler, Kylin Hill, Herbert, KHarris, Chandler
Hopkins, Diggs, Adams, Godwin, McLaurin, Callaway, DPJ, Robby Anderson, Schwartz, Pierce, Wan'Dale, Doubs
Kelce, Andrews, Jacob Harris

dak + 1.4 or dak + aaron would be enough for me to give up the 1.2. sanders may not be a huge dropoff from the 1.2

You can trade Murray for Dak + 1.04? I'd probably make that deal since it guarantees you either Sanders or Montgomery.
