I would hold Penny in a 14 team league. He has not looked good in the preseason but I still think he is a hold.

He hasn't had a chance. He's looked good as a receiver, but the blocking has been atrocious on the run plays, and the continue to try and run him up the gut. I can only hope they are running these types of plays and not maximizing his strengths because it's preseason. I would hold, as well. You still have a lot of unknown's at RB, with KJ (will he stay healthy?) and Monty is a complete unknown still as well. Samuel will be a stud by the end of the year and 2020 1sts will gain even more value. Penny will be a nice buy low in 2020, probably for a 2nd.
