Pretty even value wise for me. I think go with Hardman due to upside and QB/team/offense.

It bothers me that there is a lot of talk out of SF that Pettis is not practicing or showing like the lead dog in SF. It's crowded, competitive and he is not showing very well. It's a close call in my opinion. Hardman looks more like a gadget player to me. Pettis looks more like a NFL outside receiver who plays on every down.
Hardman is nothing but speed right now. If he showed more in college and skill set I could see it, but for now, Pettis despite his camp struggles.
