I know it’s still early, but I was offered a mid 2020 3rd for McCoy. Is he worth keeping and try to get a 2nd or is the 3rd best car scenario?

I would try to hold out for a 2nd throughout the season. No need to hurry and move him yet.

We still don't know who is starting for sure. I'm hoping Lesean is a little embarrassed about last season and comes back with a refreshed attitude ready to prove something.

His value is very low right now. They retooled the o-line and added wr’s, so it should open things up a bit more for him. If you want to move him I’d wait until in the season.

Unless he gets traded I don't see his value going up. If he stays with the bills I think he get replaced as the starter by October and then has no value.

As a McCoy owner, I would ship him for a second in a heartbeat, but no one wants him. Hell I don’t even think I could get a 4th, people just view him as an old roster clogger, and it’s hard to disagree since that is what he was last year.

I'd hold McCoy over a 3rd. There's a chance that he gets cut/traded at some point and goes to a better situation, or he'll flash a big play early on despite being in a messy RBBC. At that point, I'd shop him for a 2nd to every team in the league.

I don't value 3rds that highly. I'd be fine with McCoy dying on my bench instead of getting the 3rd for just the chance of that improving to a 2nd.

No need to rush to get a mid 3rd right now. Your team is good, so I'd hold and use him as a depth piece this year. Then (as others have said) float him out to the rest of the league if he starts putting up reasonable production. His value is at an all time low at the moment unfortunately.
