In our salary cap league, it has been popular to trade QBs for positional players. I don’t understand it, to me positional players have so much more value in 1QB leagues. Our league is 6 pt TD and full PPR 12 team. A couple trades that have happened:
Luck for Adams.
Ryan for David Johnson
Goff for Golladay
I feel value is immensely on the positional side, especially considering there are are always weekly startable QBs in the annual auction draft.
Should this be something as a league we try to minimize?

Salary cap makes it interesting, but I'm with you. Value should almost always be on the positional side. Those trades are insane unless people were aiming for clearing up cap space or something.

The 6 points for a TD make big time QBs big week to week but I certainly would not be moving a valuable positional player for a QB. Salary cap could play a role here pending contracts as well.
