Poll: Zeke = Diggs, Montgomery, 1st?

I'm in the third year of a major teardown & rebuild. I can get Ezekiel Elliott for my Stefon Diggs, David Montgomery, and a 2020 first (likely later, 7-12)

Zeke is obviously the best piece in this deal and I think you have to pull the trigger. In the long run with your build, I think this trade is closer then it looks. Still, I would take Zeke here based on value alone and adding another elite piece.

Also: if it helps, I have three 2020 firsts. The one in the trade, mine (I picked #5 this year) and the first of the guy who finished second to last.

Maybe. The guy offering him up right now isn't getting a ton of interest as few want to give up the assets to get him.

It's close. Its a good deal for both sides if one is rebuilding and ones a contender. Depending on where the first is has a lot if that's a top 3-5 pick then that swings it to Diggs. If it's 9-12 that swings it to the Zeke side

So can be flipped after he plays a few games for additional value. When I'm rebuilding I always want the most value. In this case it's Zeke, I think you could flip him for a package that's better than Diggs, Monty and a mid-late 1st.

a. the value is not on the zeke side
b. concentrating your value around one asset in a rebuild limits the number of moves you can make. rebuilding around a running back is generally a bad strategy.
