Feel Like I Blew my Startup Draft

So having some regrets on my startup I'm in the middle of. Here's my squad so far (12 team, PPR, NonSF, Starting 1QB,2RB,3WR,2Flex,1TE)

Beckham
Hill
Diggs
Guice
MSanders
Penny
AJ Brown
JJAW
RoJo (don't laugh)

Still have about 8 picks late and will pick back end QBs and TEs.

Should I just try and keep building for '20 and '21 or move Tyreek or Diggs for an RB to compete right away?

I'm just mainly worried about RBs. Last year in my startup for team below I took DCook relatively early (3rd I believe), and then nailed Chubb later so don't have the same issue.

You're pretty young overall. I would not deal WR talent for RB talent at this point because that shortens your window.

I think you look solid overall so keep it up.

I would trade Hill for a different stud WR if his value comes back to where it was or even close.

Solid input man. I was just pretty scared about my RBs tbh lol

Stay the course and see what you have with your RB's this year. No need to go out and trade for one. You could have multiple young RB's step up. Let the season getting rolling. Nice young wr core, nice way to build.

In a start-up, you don't HAVE to worry about a starting lineup and having a balanced roster.

Any start-up in which you leave with OBJ / Hill / Diggs, you're off to a great start. And you have young / upside RBs that could potentially hit for you in Sanders / Penny / Guice.

I'm not a huge fan of some of your mid-round picks, but that's just personal preference at that point.

You started out great. Then it looks like you started chasing. You wont win this year most likely, but if you keep your WR core together and add some picks for next year you can easily turn around quick. You can keep your WRs strong and maybe add a pick or two by making trades. ex. If Hill's value is back in your league, Hill for another WR a tier below and a 2020 1st. Dont worry about RBs until you are ready to win (which will hopefully be next year.)

I think you started off really strong, but the last few picks don't look at great (but also depends on who was available when you made the picks). You've got some nice young talent to build around, and if you're not a contender this year, don't think it'll take too long to turn it into one.

I like your WRs and your RBs. I would look to stockpile high upside players the rest of the way. Focus on competing in year 2+
