This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Team Direction

Postby BucFanJKE » Fri Aug 02, 2019 1:38 pm

For team 3, I have put together a super team. The other top team in the league (he won last year but I made A LOT of improvements since then) just traded me Zeke and Tyler Boyd for Kamara and a 2021 2nd.

So.. Do I keep Boyd on the bench as a really good depth piece, or do I try to package him with Thielen or AB and try to get an Adams, Hill, type of guy? (I haven't explored if that is an option or not yet literally just made the Boyd acquisition. With me having both Zeke and Gordon, I probably should stay put for now, but it is so tempted to try to put the most stud filled roster ever assembled when I have a chance to potentially do that.

Packaging Boyd with Thielen or AB is not going to be enough to get you an Adams or Hill type of guy. I would stay put for now and see how the start of the season goes. Address any further needs then.

That is solid advice.

I would hang tight for now and let the season get going. If an offer comes along for Boyd+ that makes your team even better, I would jump on it. But I would not go in search of it necessarily.
