Thielan trade!! Need help....

I am rebuilding the team. Yeam consists of rookies or 1 or 2 year experience players. Only vets I have is Thielan and Tevin Coleman. I have an offer:

Give Thielan and Coleman
Get Guice, Tyler Boyd, Devin Singeltory and B love.

What you think about this guys??

I think this is a fairly easy accept obviously if you can do what Goddard said and get a little extra than try to, but if they say no or seem hesitant take it as is
