Gordon for DJ

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Postby youknowme » Thu Aug 01, 2019 9:23 am

Team in sig

I was thinking of offering my David Johnson for his Melvin Gordon. My #1 and #2 RB are locked in.

What do you think? Would you just stay with DJ?

I'd rather have Johnson. Why take the risk on Gordon when you're a contender?

Johnson based on the contract issue with Gordon. Johnson is the safer bet right now.

Given your RBs, I would go Melvin. You don't need him this year and next year will hopefully be sorted out

If you want to acquire Gordon, you should ask for a late 1st or early 2nd with him for DJ. If he is trying for a ship, he’ll still probably jump all over it. If he isn’t in it to win it, then he’ll probably pass either way.
