Yeah the only way you should even be considering this is if it's a superflex to get Murray. Jacobs or whoever else you're planning on picking in a non-SF league is not worth giving up that capital on a rebuild.

Solid advice from Goddard, as usual. LOL at everyone saying 2021 is a long time from now as if that’s a bad thing. That pick is an asset that is guaranteed to appreciate over the next two years and it doesn’t occupy a roster spot. With a team that needs “a lot of work,” you should be trying to accumulate 1sts, not consolidate them, especially in an uninspiring class like this one. Would it really be that shocking if the player you take at 1.06 is more valuable than Jacobs two years from now?
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

I see your point of view. My point of view was that 2021 (assuming it's 2021 and not 2020 since both were stated) is that it's a long way off so lots of things can happen. His team could be better and that pick is late. He also has plenty of time to require picks. Jacobs balls out and he flips him for 3 1sts as a top tier RB. Heck I bet he could grab Jacobs and flip him early this year for at least 2 1st in 2020 which I think would be a win. (Assuming his league is decently easy to trade in) That said, I'm less risk averse and the safe bet is def to hold here. But I don't love the middle first round this year.
