Draft will be in august but the logic is:

Diggs offer is the only if accept. 2 firsts on top should help with your depth.
I would also not want Henderson at 1.05 if Harry or Sanders makes it to you at 1.05. Maybe flip Trubisky if there's a market as well.

I think I like the Allen offer better than the Diggs one (both are good though). I'd say Guice is worth more than the 1.05 and I'd rather have Allen than Diggs and a late 1st (which is basically a 2nd in 12 team leagues). Trubisky is a nice piece in a 16 team league, but I don't really think you need him.
