Enough for Saquon?

For team 2 in sig, wanting to offer Keenan Allen and Aaron Jones for Saquon.

First off, is that enough to get him? And second, is it worth the hit to my WR depth? Can start 4 WRs.

I still think it's worth the offer, even if I have to add a little, but I just need a little nudge in that direction.

I have 1.12, 2.08, and 2.12 this year if something needs to be added.

Might be a decent starting point but you will need to add another solid piece or two to get it done. Barkley's price is massive at this point. Maybe throw out the original offer with a 1st added and see where it goes.

Now that I’ve got my sarcasm out of the way (sorry, can’t help myself sometimes, but no ill intentz), I do agree w/ this. I think it’s a solid starting IF the Barkley owner has any willingness to deal him, but it will take quite a bit more. I mean, depending on the owner, adding Golladay & your 1st to Allen & Jones still might not do it. So, you’ll have to figure out where your cut off line is before you make an offer.

try it. ive seen MANY Barkely deals and every single one was a wild underpay where i was like "why the heck didnt this guy try to get multiple offers from multiple teams first?"

have yet to see one where i thought it was fair or that the owner ponied up to acquire a star.

I agree it doesnt hurt to try, and often the insane prices people want arent realistic, or ever happen. It is fine for an owner to want that, but what that really means is they dont want to make a trade.

A league I am in I offered Marlon Mack, Sony Michel, Amari Cooper and Robby Anderson for Barkley and even that wasnt enough. About the only way to acquire him it to complete cripple your own team to do so.

Absolute lunacy lol. I haven't even bothered making offers for Barkley in any of my leagues because I'm not willing to pay anywhere close to these kind of prices. I'm not sure I'd even pay Allen + Jones + 1.12.

Like I'm seeing with Hill right now - I think the price point on Barkley is just too high for it to really be worth it. You have to gut a team to get him.
