Better offense, better offensive line, potential for 3-down role. I'd rather have Montgomery unless you can sell 1.02 for Henry + 2020 2nd or something along those lines.

As a Henry owner and previously owner the 1.02, I would take the 1.02. Henry was pretty good last year and looks to be the main guy this year, but Monty or Sanders should be better long term.

It'd take Henry and a 2020 1st for me to move the 1.02. Not a fan of Henry as he doesn't catch any passes and is in a terrible offense.

Ditka already laid out the majority of it, I'd add that Monty plays for an innovative and offensive minded HC, whereas Henry plays for a defensive guy. On top of that, I think Henry is one of the most overvalued assets in FF. His value is almost entirely being based on a four game stretch (really two) at the end of last season, and they play in a run first offense. 39% of Henry's total rushing yards, and 50% of his total rushing TDs came in two games last year, and he's going to lose all 3rd down passing work to Lewis.
