It comes down to this: Whatever your thoughts are on the players involved, you should still get at least market value for what you are giving up. In this case you did not get market value.

If it's 2 QB, I'd want at least 4 starting QBs to feel confident, as opposed to a 3 minimum with superflex settings. So, I see it as you giving up the only solid 3rd QB you had for cheap. I don't like this at all. It's more for me about the lack of position depth you have now than the value, and that's not great either.
