I dont think the offer is insulting at all, but there is no way i am adding OJ Howard onto the Barkley side

And also hard to truly judge without knowing where those picks might end up

I sent it to him last night and he replied that he is thinking on it... he canceled a trade offer he had with a different owner right after he replied to me so maybe it has a chance.

Can you start 3 qbs? I see 2 qb and a SF position? then it is closer than I originally thought.

There's no way he's thinking on it. You are free to believe what you want, but there is a zero percent chance that he is seriously contemplating accepting that offer.
